Refund policy
We have a 10 day return policy which means you have 10 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Any item that is deemed to be used or damaged will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. All return requests must also be accompanied with the receipt for proof of purchase.
Any returns will be for store credit only and shipping will be paid for by the customer.
Some items are nonreturnable no exceptions. These items include: all electrical items, baggers, mulch kits, engines, and service kits.
We try to be understanding on returns but we have made it to where there is no doubt what part you are getting so please be sure you are getting what you need by checking part numbers.
